- Calendar Data: When you connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events and availability to schedule appointments. We only read and create events — we do not modify or delete your existing events without your explicit action.
- Usage Data: How you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and performance metrics.
- Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
3. Google Calendar Integration
When you connect your Google Calendar to ReceptionistAI, we request access to the following Google API scopes:
- Google Calendar (read/write): To check your availability and create appointment events when callers book through the AI receptionist.
- Google Calendar Events: To create, read, and manage appointment events on your behalf.
- Email Address: To identify your Google account and display which account is connected.
We store your Google OAuth tokens securely and encrypted. Your tokens are never shared with third parties. You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from the Dashboard, which will revoke our access and delete your stored tokens.
ReceptionistAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- To schedule appointments on your Google Calendar when callers book through our system
- To check your calendar availability before confirming appointment times
- To send you notifications about calls, appointments, and leads

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, Vapi/Twilio for voice, Google for calendar).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or disconnect an integration, we delete the associated data within 30 days. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your plan settings.
